The most current scientific and theoretical, cognitive and practical problems are considered in the publication. These problems are the main content of the discipline. Particular attention is given to significant, meaningful psychologically and engineering basis for the activity of the Man-Machine system operators. The unity of theoretical positions is clearly defined with practical actions of operators as the specialists of system-technical devices.
